Agile project management

Agile project management means running work in short rounds, usually a week or two, with a clear goal for each round. At the end, the team checks what got done and decides what comes next. A six-person design agency might plan each fortnight on its Asana board, review it on Friday, and move anything unfinished into the next round. The benefit is that problems show up early, while they're still cheap to fix. AI can help by drafting the round summary from the board, so nobody spends Friday afternoon writing it. The method still needs a person who owns the priorities. Without that, short rounds turn into a long list of half-finished tasks.
