Building analytics

Building analytics means collecting data from a building's heating, cooling, lighting, and power, then looking for waste and problems. In a large office tower, sensors do this all day. For a small business that runs a space, like a cafe, a studio, a day spa, or a function venue, the useful version is simpler. A smart meter and your power bills can show when you use the most energy and which equipment drives it. A venue might find the air conditioning runs all night after events. AI can read monthly bills and meter data and point out the odd spikes. It can't fix a leaky door or an old fridge, so someone still needs to act on what it finds.
