Business modernisation

Business modernisation means updating how your business runs so it keeps up with how customers buy and how your team works. For a small team, it's rarely one big project. It's a run of small changes, like moving from paper forms to online bookings, from a whiteboard to a shared sheet, or from typing invoices to having them read automatically. We work with a six-person cafe with a catering arm where orders came by email, phone, and form and were copied onto a whiteboard. Now orders gather into one sheet with a daily prep list, and there were no missed orders in the first two months. Phone orders still get typed in by staff, and that's fine.
