Cloud consulting

Cloud consulting is advice on using online tools and services, like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify, and Xero, that run on the internet instead of your own computers. Most small teams are already in the cloud. The useful questions are which tools to keep, how to connect them, who has access to what, and what you're paying for that nobody uses. A good adviser looks at how you work before suggesting anything new. For a small agency, that might mean moving files out of personal Dropbox accounts into shared Google Drive folders. For a charity, it might mean claiming the free or discounted plans many providers offer not-for-profits. Advice is only useful if someone sets it up, so check who does the work.
