Data privacy

Data privacy is about protecting personal details, like names, emails, addresses, health notes, and payment details, and only using them in ways people expect. Every small business holds some. A salon holds clients' skin and allergy notes. A charity holds donor and volunteer details. An online store holds addresses and order history. Good privacy habits are simple. Collect only what you need, keep it in business tools with secure logins, limit who can see it, and delete what you no longer need. AI adds one more question. If you paste client details into a free AI tool, where does that data go? We set AI helpers up on business accounts that don't train on your data.
