Digital product development process

The digital product development process is the path from an idea to a working app, course platform, or online tool. It usually runs through a few steps. You work out the problem, sketch the idea, build a small first version, test it with real users, then improve it. For a coach turning a program into an app, or an agency building a client portal, following the steps stops you spending months on the wrong thing. The most common mistake is building too much before anyone tries it. A small first version that real customers use teaches you more than a long plan. Budget for after launch too, because fixes and updates never stop.
