Omnichannel customer experience (CX)

Omnichannel customer experience (the industry shortens it to CX) means a customer gets the same good service whether they reach you by email, Instagram DM, phone, or in person. They shouldn't have to repeat themselves because they switched from one to another. For a small team, the problem is that messages land in five places and nobody sees them all. We work with a solo business coach whose enquiries came through Meta Business Suite, Gmail, and Kajabi. We connected those tools so every enquiry lands in one list, and the coach answers from one place now. The limit is that some channels, like phone calls, still need someone to type in a note.
