Marketing technology

Marketing technology (the industry calls it martech) is the set of apps you use to find, reach, and keep customers. For a small team, that might be Canva for designs, Klaviyo or Mailchimp for email, Meta Business Suite for social posts, and HubSpot for keeping track of leads. Most small businesses don't need more apps. They need the ones they have to share information, so a new enquiry on Instagram doesn't have to be typed into three places. We work with a solo business coach whose enquiries came in through Meta, Gmail, and Kajabi, and we brought them into one list. The limit is that every app you add is another login, another bill, and another place for details to go stale.
