Process innovation

Process innovation means finding a better way to do a job your business already does. The product stays the same, but the steps behind it change. We work with Harbour Lane Property, a three-person boutique agency in Newcastle, where the agent wrote every listing description and campaign email by hand, at about 3 hours per listing. Now an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) drafts the listing copy, the email, and the social captions from the appraisal notes and photos, and a listing takes about 40 minutes. The principal still rewrites every headline, because that's where the agency's voice lives. A new way of working only sticks if the people doing the job help shape it, so we start with them, not with the tool.
