Most questions are already answered somewhere in the course, but finding the right lesson and replying takes time, and with a few hundred students it fills the week the course was meant to free up.
What an AI helper does
An AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) is AI set up to do one job the same way every time. For a course business, the job is often answering student questions. We give it your lessons, worksheets, and transcripts. When a student asks something, it finds where the course covers it, writes a short answer in your words, and links the lesson. If the course doesn’t cover it, or it’s about the student’s own situation, the question goes to you.

Where it hands back
The AI helper only knows what’s in your course. If a lesson is out of date, its answer will be too, so we flag questions it can’t answer well, and those often point to a lesson worth updating. It also won’t coach anyone. Personal advice, refunds, and a student who’s struggling all come to you.
