Online whiteboard

An online whiteboard is a shared space on screen where your team can draw, add sticky notes, and move ideas around together, even when nobody's in the same room. For a small agency, it's where the designer, the copywriter, and the client can map out a website's pages on a Tuesday call instead of swapping five emails. A coach might use one to lay out a new online course, lesson by lesson, with a client watching and adding notes. It's also a handy place to sketch how work moves through your business before you hand any of it to AI (the industry calls this process mapping). The board only holds what people put on it, so someone still has to tidy it up and turn the notes into real tasks afterwards.
