Quality management is the set of habits, checklists, and reviews that keep your work at the same standard every time. Big companies hire outside firms to run it. A small team usually runs it from a few written steps and one person who signs off. We work with Saltbush Studio, a design agency in Fremantle, where the director wrote every Friday client update by hand. Now an AI helper (the industry calls it an agent) drafts each update from the week's tasks in the project board, and the director adds a personal line before sending. Clients get the same structure every week. We tried feeding it the team's Slack chat too, but it picked up jokes and half-made decisions, so the project board is now the only source. Quality depends on what goes in.
