Our delivery model
Small teams need to know what they’re paying and what they get for it. So we work on a fixed monthly price, and we build in small steps you can see working before we add the next one.
A fixed price each month
You pick the package that fits your team, and the price stays the same each month. It covers your AI helpers, a set amount of our time, and the AI running costs. There’s no lock-in beyond the month, so if your needs change, you can change package or stop.
A check-in every month
On the Small Team and Growing Team packages, we have a review call every month. We look at what your AI helpers did, what’s working, what isn’t, and what to take on next. You see where the time went and decide what comes next. On Solo, you use your two hours a month however suits you, and that can include a chat.
Small, safe steps
We build in small steps rather than one big switch-on. Each step is a piece we can set up, check, and learn from before the next. That keeps the risk low and lets you see the result early, which matters when you’re putting automating repeat work into a business that has to keep running while we do it.
We work with Saltbush Studio, a six-person design agency in Fremantle. We tried feeding the team’s Slack chat into the AI helper that drafts their Friday client updates. It picked up jokes and half-made decisions and put them in the drafts, so Slack came out, and the project board is now the only source. Working in small steps is what makes a problem like that easy to spot and easy to undo.
People stay in the loop
AI handles the routine and runs it the same way every time. The judgement calls, the tricky exceptions, and the big decisions still go to a person. At Saltbush Studio, the director reads every update and adds a personal line before it goes out. See our approach.
